Dear Friends,

I dream of a community of women who are ready to rewrite the story of our leadership.

Who know that we cannot keep doing things the way we have been.

Who are willing to return to the roots of who we are — to the places inside untouched by cultural conditioning and oppressive stories.

I want to reclaim the word leadership as an act of living with intentionality and integrity — the daily choice to walk in deep alignment rather than complacency.

I want us to make possibility together.

To midwife the future in a courageous and sacred way.

To reorient toward aliveness.

To remember our inner wise and wild selves — the parts of us unashamed of deep desires, the parts that meet our needs unapologetically.

I long for spaces where:

• Our visions for ourselves and the world are tended, even when they feel impossible.
• Our inner alignment is as valued as our outer expression.
• We can explore what it feels like to be deeply connected and supported — and discover what we can create from there.
• Important questions are given room to breathe, and wisdom emerges slowly from our collective knowing.

Nine Moons is that space.
